EXCLUSIVE AGENCY AGREEMENT
R & H TESTING SERVICES Limited has signed the above agreement with
SHENZEN SANS TESTING MACHINE CO. LTD of Shenzhen China.
SANS is the largest manufacturer of materials testing machines in China with a staff of over 600.
Under this agreement R & H Testing Services Ltd has the sole rights to sell and maintain all the Testing Machines in Great Britain manufactured by SANS.
R & H will have a dedicated showroom at their existing factory providing demonstrations of various types of SANS testing machines.
To enable the installation of SANS machines to be carried out quickly and correctly R & H service engineers will attend the SANS factory on a regular basis for full product training.
SANS engineers will initially assist R & H engineers on large installations as this will help both SANS and R & H overcome any technical language problems.
